Throughout my stay, the front of house staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with arranging transportation, they were always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was truly commendable. Aside from the exceptional service, the hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel's amenities, including the delicious breakfast spread and the relaxing pool had me excited to wake up the next day, it added to the overall luxurious experience. I cannot recommend Hoiana Hotel highly enough. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and another opportunity to be welcomed by the amazing team. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We came during holiday so it was busy but the staff were professional, adaptable and accommodating. A very big thank you to Receptionist Uyen and New World Hotel Breakfast Buffet Restaurant Staff Hung for exceptional customer care. They were kind, attentive and absolutely lovely. They made us feel so well taken care of and catered to our needs with utmost priority.

Breakfast - a large variety of dishes and everything is delicious. Many restaurants on the territory - everything is very tasty and the prices are good. Really 5 * hotel and service. Thank you for your hospitality🫶

It is a little further out so took half an hour to walk to the centre of the old town but it's an easy walk. Staff were lovely and helpful. Big spread at breakfast.
