Swimming pool, the beach, food quality, staff and peace. Facilities for kids are just another level ! Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam and would definitely come back to this one.

Beautiful resort with wonderful facilities near the beachside. Rooms were very clean and the garden view was amazing. The included shuttle service and local buggy’s were very helpful to get around.

Comfortable large room, good soundproofing. Large balcony and beautiful sea view. Beautiful area and long beach where you can walk. Very friendly staff. Breakfast - a large variety of dishes and everything is delicious. Many restaurants on the territory - everything is very tasty and the prices are good. Really 5 * hotel and service. Thank you for your hospitality🫶

We often book our staycation with Hoiana. They never disappoint. This time I would say the level of service was even better then the last. We came during holiday so it was busy but the staff were professional, adaptable and accommodating. A very big thank you to Receptionist Uyen and New World Hotel Breakfast Buffet Restaurant Staff Hung for exceptional customer care. They were kind, attentive and absolutely lovely. They made us feel so well taken care of and catered to our needs with utmost priority.

Throughout my stay, the front of house staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with arranging transportation, they were always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was truly commendable. Aside from the exceptional service, the hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel's amenities, including the delicious breakfast spread and the relaxing pool had me excited to wake up the next day, it added to the overall luxurious experience. I cannot recommend Hoiana Hotel highly enough. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and another opportunity to be welcomed by the amazing team. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Oliver and Jade

Very new and modern! Super spacious rooms and there is everything you may need: restaurants, convenience stores, gym, 24/7 spa. TV’s had both airplay and chrome cast also!

Lots of things to do, very clean and tidy. Best buffet breakfast, with options for everyone. Kids loved the pool! Fantastic gym facilities.

Excellent value for money, big spacious room. Nice bath and spacious bathroom. Free bike hire is an amazing benefit as we would ride in and out of the old town easily. It is a little further out so took half an hour to walk to the centre of the old town but it's an easy walk. Staff were lovely and helpful. Big spread at breakfast.

The grounds were beautifully finished with a relaxing environment, Pool, deck chairs, Service exceptional, staff helpful.. Shuttles available to town..
